Chakra Balance Candle Massage - Exclusive to Equinox Spa

Natural soy candles are used for skin hydration, treating any part of the body, from cuticles, heels and feet, dry and cracked skin, for moisturision your body after bath or shower or in therapeutic massage treatments.

After a consultation and your selection of colour, the Equinox candle is burnt, creating an oil. This warm oil is drizzled on the body and this is followed by the relevant chakra balancing massage techniques.

Each Equinox Massage Candle is colour-coded to correspond to the different chakras of the body.

Red Relates to the BASE chakra and the organs to which this relates are the kidneys and the bladder, as well as the spinal column, legs and hips Orange Relates to the SACRAL chakra and relates to the organs such as the reproductive organs (both male and female) and the large intestine Yellow Relates to the SOLAR PLEXUS chakra which affects the liver, spleen, stomach and small intestine Green Relates to the HEART chakra and is associated with organs such as the heart and breasts Blue Relates to the THROAT chakra and the associated organs are the throat, lungs and the organs associated with speech Violet Relates to the CROWN chakra at the top of the head and assists with conditions associated with sleeping disorders and stress-related conditions Indigo Relates to the BROW chakra and related areas are the eyes, lower head and sinuses
